Chamber Players Orchestra Registration
Conducted by Jordan Webster, Chamber Players Orchestra is a beginning-level program composed of string, wind, and percussion students who have had one to three years of private lessons. At Chamber Players Orchestra, each musician learns how to follow a conductor and to play as an ensemble, to play in-tune, and to achieve the correct sound and balance for each section of the orchestra. The Chamber Players season runs September through May, and the musicians perform in three concerts during the year.

We kindly request 100% parent participation at the level of your ability, for the Annual Fund Campaign.*
Tuition Fee: $1,100 ($440 deposit due with registration; remainder due 9/1)
6-Ticket Card: $90 (due 8/15)
The tuition deposit is due at this time. The Ticket fee can be paid now (see payment links) or by the date indicated. Upon registration form submission, you will be directed to a payment page for the tuition fee.
*We ask all of our families to make a tax-deductible donation to GSYO during the season. The Fall Annual Fund Campaign is a vital part of the budget, and our goal is 100% participation. Although not required, substantive member donations are an important signal to outside funding organizations. Even a small donation of any size to GSYO during the season can make a big difference when everyone participates. In addition, we ask all families to volunteer at GSYO concerts and on GSYO teams throughout the season.
Financial Aid: It is the policy of GSYO that no student should be excluded from participation due to financial hardship. Financial Aid is need-based. If you would like to apply for financial aid, please fill out the application (will open below) and make the $100 payment at this time. You must either upload a copy of your most recent Federal Tax Return or mail a copy to the GSYO Administrative Office at 4055 Fabian Way, Palo Alto, CA 94303 to complete your request. Executive Director Seth Ducey will notify you of any amount awarded as soon as possible.
Family Discount: Families with more than one musician enrolled in GSYO can take a 10% discount on the tuition fee during spring registration (not applicable to tickets or camps/retreats); instructions and information available in the registration forms.
INSTRUCTIONS
Review the Financial obligations (add the payment dates to your calendar or submit a credit card authorization form) and read through and fill out the registration forms (see below). The forms outline the code of conduct, attendance and seating policies, health summary (proof of Covid-19 vaccination required), waivers, and financial aid (if applicable). The forms are designed to allow you to work on them, leave, and return later to continue. You do not need to create a Jotform account or sign in with email - select "Skip create account" if that is your preference.
At the end of the forms, you will have a place to enter payment information for the Tuition Deposit, and additional fees (Camp and Tickets) can be made at the same time or by the due dates indicated. The enrollment is complete when the forms and deposit have been received by GSYO. You should receive an email confirming your forms, with a PDF of the forms and informational pages, to the email provided.
Seating audition music will be available to the musicians in early June.
