Matching gifts are cash donations made by your employer, or your spouse’s employer, that are equal to the value of your initial gift. Many companies have Matching Gift Programs that double individual tax-deductible contributions from their employees.
Kolchinsky Scholarship Fund
Named in honor of Dr. Camilla Kolchinsky, our beloved conductor of 20 years, the Kolchinsky Scholarship Fund enables Senior Symphony scholarship students to participate in our bi-annual international tour program. Dr. Kolchinsky believed that touring contributes immeasurable to a young musician’s musical and personal growth. Your contribution to this fund will help deserving students-in-need benefit from this kind of life-changing experience.

GSYO has given me lifelong skills such as focus, time management, and team building, as well as a lasting appreciation for the arts, friendship, and music history. In my 8 years with GSYO/ECYS, weekly rehearsal and daily practice were my usual routine, and I already miss it. I had many great experiences in those years, the most memorable of which was the Central European tour where we played in several famous concert halls that I never would have imagined I would be performing in.Nathan Siu
